OUR MISSION:
Our purpose is to shed light on the corruption within Colorado's Family Courts. We are well aware that what happens in Colorado is also happening all across the United States. We want this blog to primarily focus on the 'court players' in Colorado that are feeding off of the divorce industry and pocketing millions while leaving a path of destroyed lives. It is our children that pay the ultimate price. We intend to expose them.
WHO ARE THE PLAYERS:
These are the judges, magistrates, attorneys, law firms, court appointed psychologists and even some advocacy groups. Of course we realize that it isn't ALL of them BUT there are enough of them that we have found that the same names keep coming up over and over. If you are well versed in what is happening then you probably already know a lot of the names. We will be posting who they are. Yes, we will actually post their names.
The corrupt psychologists that obtain most, if not all, of their income from the divorce industry include the Parental Responsibility Evaluators (PRE), Child and Family Investigators (CFI) and those that conduct court ordered supervised visitation.
These psychologists ultimately hold the power of your children in their hands. They give tests such as the Rorschach and offer lots of gobblety goop psycho babble to come up with reasons to restrict you from your child. Evidence is ignored repeatedly such as police reports, the child's doctor and therapists. Routinely they seem to come to the most outrageous and illogical conclusions.
Why?? Follow the money. It keeps the parent entangled in their web. They will recommend supervised visitation and then require that you use the person they suggest. Their colleague. The horrific toll this has on parents and the children is perverse and profound. Some parents ultimately sacrifice everything, their savings, homes, jobs and sometimes, tragically, their own lives.
Children become their pawns as they know that a parent will fight with everything they have to hold onto them. Pay per view scenarios are set up as parents pay enormous amounts of money to acquire precious moments with their child,,,,under close supervision of course.
Some judges and magistrates are in these psychologists' pockets They are court ordered repeatedly and used over and over. Some law firms and attorneys will also employ a psychologist over and over to obtain a specific result for their client. Irregardless of the evidence, the outcome will be favorable for them. The psychologists take care of the hands that feed them. Thus the term 'hired gun' is used for them. Did we just call them hired guns?? YES. Why, because they ARE. They can try to claim neutrality but we are calling BS.
STOP THE BICKERING!
We have read hundreds of stories from people all over the country and the world. The problem is pandemic. We have gone onto blogs and have seen the Mothers and the Fathers fighting and tearing each other apart. We can tell you that this makes the psychologists and judges very happy. By standing in opposition we cannot unite and come together for a common goal. We need to STOP the polarization and come together as one. We need to band together and shine the light where it needs to shine. Directly at those that are writing these bogus reports that are ripping families apart and separating children from a parent.
This blog is not for DV perpetrators, neglectful parents, sociopathic abusive exes or those that know why they lost their child. Those stories miss the point.
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?
We need to collect as many stories as possible to bring down these court players. Only by having the numbers of people to show the pattern can we induce change. We won't be delicate here. We WANT these people to pay appropriately for the corruption and damage they have caused and continue to cause. They need to be stopped and we intend to make that happen.
We need the names, the stories, the evidence ignored and their reports. Could you imagine if we were to look at ten reports done by Kevin Albert or Bill Fyfe. What do you think we would find? Patterns anyone. What about those that have had the same judge or magistrate. Arapahoe County, Jefferson County. Many others but those are their hunting grounds.
WE KNOW MANY ARE SCARED:
They know this too. There are many of us that are terrified to say anything or come forward. Why? Because they hold our children in their hands. They know it, we know it. We want this blog to be a safe and anonymous place for us to band together. We need just the facts, NO SLANDER will be tolerated here! I know that you would love to say that 'so and so' are corrupt #$%&#holes. BUT we will not and cannot allow those comments here. This needs to be an organized effort. Concise and to the point. The bottom line is that so many of us have been forcefully separated from our children. We are suffering a pain so immense that there are no words to describe it. We need to stop it, stop them. I cannot stress enough that this cannot become a place to attack each other or them.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Tell your story! Do it anonymously here, Use your name if you aren't scared of the players. Email us in private. We NEED you to come forward! Your voice, the voice of your child is the ONLY way we can stop this. Half a dozen people made complaints against Marian Camden. Would you know that by searching the internet or going on the DORA website? NO, you will not. This is outrageous.
